Setting detection range

Factory setting: Default window mode, normally open, A1=60mm; A2=1000mm

A1: Target distance from near and far, through the A1 point, the switch from open to close.

A2: Target distance from near and far, through the A2 point, the switch from closed to open.

Working mode: A1 and A2 can be learnt individually, and the working mode can be selected by setting the position of A1 point and A2 point, and the working modes are as follows 5 kinds:



Mounting

Due to the directional nature of ultrasonic sensors, the mounting position needs to be taken into account. It is recommended that the mounting position be perpendicular to the object to be measured in order to obtain a better relative accuracy.

2Specific Command Description

1) Write sensor ID number

Example: Write A5 01 01 02 00 A9, the sensor returns data: A5 02 01 00 00 A8

2) Write A1 value (A1 value less than 600 or more than 1000, A1 will not work, the switching quantity into the single point normally open mode)

Example: Write A1 value 800 (8cm): A5 01 02 20 03 CB.

Sensor return data: A5 01 02 20 03 CB

3) Write A2 value (A2 value less than 600 or more than 1000, A2 will not work, the switching quantity into single point normally closed mode)

Example: Write A2 value 10000 (100cm): A5 01 03 10 27 E0.

Sensor return data: A5 01 03 10 27 E0

Using external temperature compensation, write the external temperature value:

Example: Write a temperature of 18°C, 18*100=1800 converted to hexadecimal: A5 01 04 08 07 B9.Sensor return data: A5 01 04 08 07 B9

Use internal temperature compensation to write the internal temperature:

Example: Write internal temperature value 0°C: A5 01 05 00 00 AB.

Sensor return data: A5 01 05 00 00 AB

6) Read the current measurement data of the sensor

Example: Write A5 01 06 00 00 AC.

The sensor returns the following data


7) Read current sensor ID

Example: Write A5 01 F0 00 00 96, the sensor back to the data: A5 01 F0 00 00 96 (write ID number can be 0 ~ 32, back to the data in the ID for the current sensor ID, read ID can only have a sensor in the 485 network).
