Product Introduction

This product is a high-performance servo deviation correction system, which can connect a variety of different types of deviation correction sensors and thrusters, and supports EPC side LPC line following, CPC centering, SPC dislocation (serpentine) and other correction methods.

The large color touch screen is used as the human-computer interface, which is easy to operate, beautiful and elegant, with a setting wizard and online help system. Even if the system is used for the first time, the basic settings can be easily completed

The thruster adopts servo motor to drive ball screw, with high precision, low noise and maintenance free

The thruster is equipped with an encoder and an absolute linear position feedback device, which can adapt to different mechanical strokes. It does not need a travel limit switch, and the limit position never drifts

With three high-speed analog inputs, two analog sensors and one external control analog can be connected at the same time (such as fine tuning position, snake speed, etc.)

With 3-way photoelectric isolation switch input, different functions can be set separately

Multiple software and hardware protection measures, stable and reliable operation, strong anti-interference ability. There are different emergency response plans for failure of each component to ensure 24-hour uninterrupted operation
